What Am I Seeing (or not seeing)?


Insights are requested and collected from our various supported networks. This means we are often reliant on receiving timely updates from them to populate our insight pages.


We do provide some insights that are specific to our platform (such as response time for conversations), but majority of our data is sourced from the networks themselves.


In our network and product guides, we aim to provide you with the update frequency, capabilities, and limitations for the insights we show. Please make sure you read this information in this Help Center or within the PinMeTo platform as it's important that you have an accurate understanding to avoid misunderstandings and misreporting.


Also note that not all of our insights can be exported. This can depend on factors such as network data policies. You can find these limitations and factors in the Insights section for each product.
