Mentions / Tags on Facebook and Instagram

When your brand page and local pages are tagged on a Facebook or Instagram post, it will show up in Conversations.

Let’s say someone posts "Hello PinMeTo" and tags the PinMeTo Malmö local page.



This post will be automatically added to your Conversations feed, along with its visual asset, a picture or a video.

There, you can like the post or open its direct link on Facebook or Instagram, if you want to comment directly.

You can also assign this post to a colleague or write an internal note.
