Conversations - Instagram

You can manage Instagram comments and mentions for all your accounts through Conversations. Here's how:

1. Connect your Instagram Business accounts to your Facebook pages.

Make sure your all the Instagram accounts that you want to connect are Instagram Business accounts. Here's how to switch from a Personal to a Business account (from Instagram Help Center)

2.  Reconnect your Facebook account to PinMeTo

In order to reconnect your Facebook account, log in to PinMeTo, go to Account Settings - Connections, then click Change.

3. Contact our Customer Success Team

A PinMeTo support representative will enable Instagram for your Conversations account


All set! Now you'll start seeing Instagram direct messages, comments and mentions appearing in Conversations as they happen.

If for some reason you are not seeing comments for a certain Instagram page, please make sure that the Instagram page is an Instagram Business account.
