Conversations - Insights Overview

Conversations and Reviews insights



Conversations and Reviews insights are broken down into different categories shown on separate pages:
Performance insights - This pages shows the number of new conversations received and some metrics that measure your team's output.
Reputation insights - This page shows your most important reputation insights, such as your customer rating and how this has changed over time.

You can access insights by clicking Insights in the left-hand menu in the app.

To see a different insights page, click the page name in the left-hand menu.
