Here is a step-by-step guide to using Help me to write in Conversations and Reviews. This service uses a large language model to help you create unique responses to all of your conversations on
Google,
Facebook,
Instagram, and
Trustpilot.

Step 1: Activating Help me to write

If you are an owner, you can activate the service in PinMeTo by selecting Account Settings from the navigation menu and navigating to the Features page. Activating Help me to write applies to the whole account, i.e. for all users. If you are not an owner, you will not have permission to activate the service.

All of our AI tools can be enabled from this page. To enable Help me to write: check the box next to Help me to write and then click Save.

If you check the box next to Enable all existing and future AI tools, we will automatically enable any new AI tools that we develop in the future. Even if you enable this, you can still opt out of individual tools.

NB: If AI features are not included in your plan, you will not be able to activate them.

Step 2: Generating a response and editing it

Navigate back to Conversations or Reviews. If you select a conversation you will see the Help me to write button below the reply box. Click the button to generate a response.

If you don't like the response that was generated you can edit the text or generate a new response. If you generate a new response, you can navigate back to a previous response using the left and right arrows. The numbers between the arrows explain which response you are viewing and the total number of responses that have been generated. For example <2/3> means you are looking at response two of three.


If you navigate away from the message you were viewing, the system will remember the last response you edited. Any other responses will not be saved.

Step 3: Sending the response

You send the response in the normal way by clicking Reply or Reply and Close

Replies that are created with the Help me write service are suggestions. You are responsible for checking the text before you reply to a conversation.

Language

The response will be generated:
in the language of the conversation; or
if the conversation has no text, e.g. for a google review with no rating, the language of the location that the review was sent to.

About the technology

Help me to write uses a large language model to help you create unique responses to your customer conversations. Your conversations and the responses you send are not used to train this language model.
