Conversations - FB Directs Messages can now be replied within 7 days - 10th April
Facebook recently gave the approval for our users to reply to their FB direct messages within 7 days compared to 24h previously. This will give our users a chance to get back to their customers even if they were to reply a little later. Given that, our advice is to always strive to reply to your customers as soon as possible in order to keep the customer satisfaction high.

Posts - Duplicate Posts for Google and Instagram - 16th March
Users can now use content from previous posts to create new ones for Google and Instagram. So far this feature was available for Facebook but now covers all three networks. Deleted posts can also be used to create new ones.
