In today's digital era, local search engine optimization (SEO) is crucial for businesses to thrive and stay ahead of the competition. Keywords play an essential role in local marketing, as they help your listings and locations become more discoverable to potential customers. With the right keywords, you can not only improve your online presence but also enhance your marketing strategies and overall business performance. PinMeTo is proud to introduce a new feature called 'Keywords' to help businesses like yours harness the power of keywords for better visibility and growth.
Unveiling the Keywords Feature
The Keywords feature is designed to provide valuable insights into how your customers find your business online. It is accessible under the Insights tab, within the Listings section of the PinMeTo platform.
Upon clicking the Keywords tab, which is a breakdown of the searches that customers made, you will be greeted with 'Searches', where you’ll find the top keywords used by Google users that led to your listings. You can view the number of times a particular keyword was searched, and the number of your listings found using that keyword. For search counts below 15, it is difficult to draw any meaningful conclusions due to the limited data available. Additionally, you can filter this data over time and download it to a spreadsheet for further analysis.
Global and Location-Specific Data
PinMeTo offers the flexibility to gather keyword data either globally (all locations at once) or on a location-by-location basis. To create a custom filter based on city, zip code, region, or country, simply click on 'All Locations' at the top of the page, or use the filters icon.
For individual location insights, navigate to Listings > Locations, select a location, click Insights, and then Keywords. Here, you can access the keyword data specific to that location. This information can also be filtered over time and downloaded to a spreadsheet for easy review.
Extended Historical Data
PinMeTo sets itself apart by providing keyword insights dating back to August 2021 and beyond - a significant advantage compared to the data provided by Google Business Profile. This extended historical data allows businesses to better analyze trends, adapt strategies, and optimize their online presence.
