Listings - Insights - Google

Searches: The number of times your businesses have been searched for is visible via direct/discovery/branded searches:

Direct - This is a search when a person searches your Business Name or your Business Address. This person has already heard about your business and is intentionally looking for it.

Discovery - This is a search when a person is looking for a "Restaurants near me'' or ''Pharmacy open now.'' It is a search that describes a specific need or desire of finding a service or product.

Branded - Search on a brand level.  These happen when a person searches for a brand similar to yours, or a brand related to your area of business.



Views: How many times your business is visible on either Google Search or Google Maps after either Direct, Discovery, or Branded search.

Search - A customer found your business via Google Search.

Maps - A customer found your business via Google Maps.



Actions:
The number of times users completed the following types of actions when viewing your listing:

Website - The number of times customers have clicked to view your website

Direction - The number of times a customer requested directions to your business

Calls - The number of times the customer clicked to call your business



Top list



Searches - This list ranks your locations by number of Searches, from highest to lowest

Views - This list ranks your locations by number of Views, from highest to lowest

Actions - This list ranks your locations by number of Actions, from highest to lowest



Our Google Insights also offer the ''Compare'' feature where you can compare Insights for 2 different time periods.

How should you use it?
Select the time span you want to see insights for

Click the ''Compare'' button



Then you will see the time period you selected and the same time period prior to the one of your selection. You can then adjust the dates if required.
