How-To Set Open Hours and Special Open Hours
The Open Hours is the time during which a business or organization is open for customers or visitors.
The Special Open Hours are the temporary opening hours your business or organization is open for customers or visitors, such as during the Holiday Season, bank holidays or other special events. The 'Special Open Hours' are displayed on Google, Apple, Bing, Here and TomTom.
How to set Open Hours
Set Open Hours from List of Locations
Go to Listings > Locations
In the list of locations, use the checkboxes to select locations. Click Update Multiple and select Open Hours from the drop down menu. This will open a blank popup where you can enter the open hours.
For each day of the week when the location(s) are open for business, uncheck the box that says Closed, then enter the opening time and the closing time using 24-hour format ( e.g. 0830 to 2030 ).
If your location is open 24/7, use the checkbox Always Open.
You can add up to 3 time spans per day by clicking Add Span. ( e.g. a restaurant is open during lunch and then in the evening; The first span is set from 1100 to 1400 and the second span is set from 1700 to 2200.)
To schedule the change, scroll to the bottom and click on Select Date. Your changes will be published on the date you choose at 00:00 CET.
Set Open Hours from a Location
Go to Listings > Locations > Location
In the list of locations, click on the row with the location you want to update. Scroll down to the Open Hours-section and click on Open Hours. This will open a popup with the open hours set for this location.
For each day of the week when the location(s) are open for business, uncheck the box that says Closed, then edit the opening time and the closing time using 24-hour format ( e.g. 0830 to 2030 ).
For each day of the week when the location(s) are closed for business, check the box that says Closed.
If your location is open 24/7, use the checkbox Always Open.

If you want to use these open hours to update multiple locations, scroll down and click on Select Locations, then pick locations from the list.

How to set Special Open Hours
Import a Spreadsheet with Special Open Hours
Choose this method if you want to add, edit or delete special open hours for multiple locations.
Go to Listings > Locations > Special Open Hours
Download the template in .csv or .xlsx format.
Fill out your empty template following the same format as the table below.
Export special open hours as .csv or .xlsx if you want to overview or edit existing special open hours.

Deleting a date via spreadsheet is done by writing 'delete' in the 'state' column.
Excluding or removing rows from the spreadsheet will not remove the date with special open hours.
Add Special Open Hours Without Overwriting
Choose this method if you want to preserve the existing list of special open hours for locations in a bulk update.
Example: June 6th is National day in Sweden and your locations are closed. The same goes for your locations in the US on July 4th (Independence Day). Now you want to set special open hours as 'Closed' for December 25th for both countries.
Go to Listings > Locations
In the list of locations, use the checkboxes to select the locations to update. Then click Update Multiple and select Special Open Hours from the drop down menu. This will open a blank popup where you can enter the special open hours.
In the top left, click on Select Date and pick the date with special open hours (e.g. December 25).
If you are closed the whole day, simply click on Create and the date will be added to the list below.
If you are open for business, uncheck the box that says Closed, then enter the opening time and the closing time using 24-hour format ( e.g. 0830 to 2030 ). Then click Create and the date will be added to the list below.
A location can have up to 50 dates with upcoming special open hours.
Special Open Hours for One Location
Choose this method for updating special open hours for one location at a time.
Go to Listings > Locations > Location
In the list of locations, click on the row with the location you want to update. Scroll down to the Open Hours-section and click on Special Open Hours. This will open a popup with all the special open hours set for this location.
In the top left, click on Select Date and pick the date with special open hours (e.g. December 25).
If you are closed the whole day, simply click on Create and the date will be added to the list below.
If you are open for business, uncheck the box that says Closed, then enter the opening time and the closing time using 24-hour format ( e.g. 0830 to 2030 ). Then click Create and the date will be added to the list below.
A location can have up to 50 dates with upcoming special open hours.
