What is Data Completeness?

Business locations with higher data completeness are more likely to appear at the top of search results. This makes it easier for customers to find your location and the details they need. This includes special open hours, contact information, and specific attributes like wheelchair accessibility that customers might use in their searches.

More complete information, such as providing action links, can also drive higher conversion rates by allowing customers to take specific actions directly from your listings, like booking an appointment or ordering food.

The Data Completeness section, found on the Tasks page and in the list of locations, gives you an overview of what information you have provided and what information is missing.

What is my overall completeness score?

The overall completeness score for your account, shown by the donut chart, represents the percentage of filled data fields out of the total number of optional fields across your locations. This score is calculated for all open and temporarily closed locations, excluding permanently closed ones.

How do I use the completeness scores for specific data fields?

The completeness scores for specific data fields are listed below the donut chart. When you click on a data field row, you are taken to a list of locations with a missing data filter applied. This filter shows only the locations missing information for that specific data field. You can further refine this list by combining it with other filters.

How do I add missing data to multiple locations?

Each location’s data completeness score is also shown in the list of locations, letting you to see which locations need the most attention.

To add information to multiple locations at once, use the checkboxes on the left side of the table to select the locations you want to update.

Click on the "Update Multiple" button and select an option from the dropdown menu for to the data field you want to update.

A popup window will open with the selected locations already listed. In this popup, you can add the missing information.

Once you have entered the necessary details, press "Update" to apply the changes to all selected locations.
