Insights Overview



Rating Trend



Shows the average lifetime rating as of the last date of the selected date range. The trend is shown as the net change (+, –, or 0) and shows how much the lifetime rating changed from the first date to the last date of the date range.

In the image below, the lifetime rating increased by 0.02 over the last 90 days, meaning that 90 days ago the lifetime rating for this account was 2.96.

Note that if the net change is less than 0.01 you might see a negative or a positive 0.00 value.

If you have both Google and a location structure on Trustpilot, this page will show an aggregation of the ratings and reviews from both networks. If you want to see ratings insights separately for each network, you can find it in our Reviews or Conversations products.

Response Rate



Just like the Rating Trend, the Response Rate shows the lifetime response rate as of the last date of the selected date range. The trend is shown as the net change (+, –, or 0) and shows how much the lifetime response rate changed from the first date to the last date of the date range.

In the image below, the lifetime response rate increased by 1.2% over the last 90 days, meaning that 90 days ago the lifetime response rate for this account was 3.9%.

In the description of the card you can see the response rate in number of reviews answered out of the total number of reviews received.

Local Page Likes



Shows the total number of page likes that all your local facebook pages have as of the last date of the date range. The trend is shown as the net change (+, –, or 0) and shows how the number of page likes have changed from the first date to the last date of the date range.

In the image below, the number of page likes decreased by 1 over the last 90 days, meaning that 90 days ago the total number of local page likes for this account was 141.

Note that Facebook users can both add likes and remove them. If you want to see how many likes were added and removed, go to Facebook Insights.

Visibility



This graph lets you compare the visibility of your listings on all your connected networks. Please note that all networks measure visibility in different ways.

Google

A "view" is recorded each time a person sees your listing, once per day per device.
This means one person can be counted up to 4 times in a day (Search on Mobile, Search on Desktop, Maps on Mobile, Maps on Desktop)

Apple

A "view" is recorded each time a person clicks your listing in search results or opens a shared link.
This includes both interactions through search visibility or direct link sharing.

Facebook

Counts how many people see your Facebook page’s content.
A "view" (reach) is recorded each time a person views your local page content, either paid or organic.
Each person is counted once per day, even if they view your content multiple times or use different devices.

Bing

Counts how often your business appears in Bing search results and services.
A "view" is recorded each time your listing appears in search results or other Bing-powered services, such as voice search.

Actions



This graph lets you compare the total number of actions people take on your listings on different networks. The actions are a sum of directions, calls and website clicks.
