Understanding your Dashboard

The Listings Dashboard gives you a complete overview of your location data, network coverage, and performance — all in one place. It’s designed to help you stay on top of important updates, issues, and tasks across your listings.

Locations, Networks, and Conflicts

At the top of your dashboard, you'll see three key indicators:

• Locations: The total number of locations you have access to in your account.
• Networks: The first number shows how many networks your account is connected to out of the total number available.
• Conflicts: Shows the number of conflicts between the data in PinMeTo listings and the connected networks. Click the number or go to Locations > Conflicts to resolve them.

30-Day Feedback, Data Completeness, To Do

30-Day Feedback

This section shows your average rating over the past 30 days. You’ll also see how many reviews you’ve received, and how many you’ve responded to — giving you a quick sense of your brand’s engagement and reputation.

Data Completeness

The data completeness score tells you how complete your location profiles are. To see completeness scores for all fields, go to Locations > Data Completeness.

To Do

The To Do section shows you important tasks that need your attention. These can include:

• Listings with network issues
• Customer uploaded media
• API address differences
• API media

Tasks are color-coded by priority: High – red, Medium – orange, Low – blue
