Quick How-to Guide: Share Admin access to an Individual Facebook Page



This article will walk you through the process of giving Admin access to an individual Facebook Page, as opposed to the full Location Structure.

Overview


There are two different processes you can take to add an admin on your location page.


  1. Method 1: via Page Details
  2. Method 2: via Classic Pages








Method 1: Page Details


  1. Switch to the page you would like to add an admin to.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Go to Page setup and click on Page Access.
  4. On “People with Facebook Access“, click Add New.
  5. Search the account by the e-mail address or Facebook name.
  6. Activate the option “Allow this person to have full control.
  7. Click Give Access.














Method 2: Classic Pages


For the classic pages you’ll have to follow similar steps:


  1. Go to the page you would like to add an admin to.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Go to Page Roles.
  4. Under “Assign New Page Role,” insert the name or e-mail of the person you would like to add.
  5. Click “Add.
