How to share access to Google Business Profile with other users




This article will walk you through the process of sharing access to a specific location in your Google Business Profile with other users.



Follow these steps:




Navigate to your Google Business Profile.
Click on the “Options Menu” at the top right of your Google Business Profile Settings.


Select the first option, “Business Profile settings”.
Select the first option, “People and access”: here you can find settings area allowing you to “Add, edit and remove people's
access”.

5. Click "Add" and in the “Email address” dialog box type in the email address of the account that is supposed to manage all the locations in the central account.



Under “Access”, choose the “Owner” setting.


Once the email address and Owner setting has been chosen, select the “Invite” button at the bottom right.
