You can add locations to Listings in two ways:

Add them manually one by one - this is recommended if you want to add one or two locations at a time.
Importing a location file - recommended if you wish to add multiple locations at ones.

1. Add single locations

Go to Listings - Locations
Press 'Add location'

We offer three types of locations that you can create in PinMeTo
- Storefront - you use this when you only serve your customers at your physical address
- Storefront with Service Area (called hybrid by Google) - A business that serves customers at their business address, but also directly visits or delivers to customers. If your business doesn’t have permanent on-site signage, it's not eligible as a storefront and should be listed as a service-area business.
- Service Area - A business that visits or delivers to customers directly, but doesn’t serve customers at their business address. For example, businesses like cleaning services or plumbers. Service-area businesses can only create one profile for the metropolitan area that they serve.

How to Add a New User

This article will guide you through the steps of creating a new user of your company's PinMeTo Account.

First. To create a new user in PinMeTo, your own role must be set as Owner of the account. You can only be granted an Owner role by someone else being Owner of the account.

Follow these steps:

Click on the grid icon in the upper right corner of your screen. Then select Account Settings.
In the Access Manager, click on the Add New User button.

Type the User information; E-mail Address, Name and Last name
Then choose the Role level the person shall have; a User or Owner of the account. Owners will automatically have access to all products, locations and groups, and can add new users to the account.
You can also choose the API Developer Role. This role is intended for users who will be implementing API integration with PinMeTo and require access to credentials, documentation, and logs. If the user only needs access to API settings, there is no need to grant permissions to any groups or locations.

What is a Storefront Name?

A Storefront Name is a data field found under General Data in the location view. By default, it is the same as your account name, but it can be changed if, for example, you have a country code or other abbreviations in the account name that are not included on your storefronts.

In Locations, Storefront Name is displayed as Name:

Storefront Name is one of the fields that we send to all networks. Each network has its own rules and guidelines to follow, therefore we recommend that you keep it uniform for all locations. The rule of thumb is for the Storefront Name to reflect exactly what it says on your storefronts in real life. This ensures that the networks accept it.

You may be tempted to add additional information in your location names, such as:

Your Brand Name - London (next to Big Ben) Your Brand Name - Call us on +000123456 Your Brand Name - The Best In The Business Your Brand Name - (inside the shopping center)

|| These examples are not acceptable. Using such additional information may harm your SEO and goes against the networks’ rules. Non-compliance with guidelines may result in suspension of your locations.

Here’s how this feature applies to each product:

Filters/Saved Filters - Locations List

PinMeTo users can easily locate their desired locations using the Locations List feature in Listings.

To access it, simply head over to 'Locations' in the left menu, which will open the 'Location List'.

To narrow down the search, click on the three lines button located on the right of the search bar to reveal the search options. From there, users can choose their preferred search criteria by adding the correspondent filters.

You can also click the button that says 'All Locations' by default, which has a down-pointed arrow. This will open a menu where you can add and create 'Filter' presets, giving you faster access to your most frequently used filters.

Saved Filters - Listings Insights

PinMeTo's ''Saved Filters'' feature allows users to create, apply, and save filters in the Insights section of Listings.

This will help you get better use insights to measure your performance across segments of your locations.
