PinMeTo Posts Update: Location / Brandpage Selector
At PinMeTo, we’re committed to continuously enhancing your experience and making our platform more user-friendly. We are thrilled to announce a forthcoming update to our Location Selector / Brandpage Selector within the Posts section, designed to provide you with greater transparency and control over your posting process.
We are introducing a new ‘Unselectable‘ tab to the Location/Brandpage selector. This new feature will exhibit all locations or brandpages that are currently invalid for posting. More importantly, we will also disclose the reasons why these locations or brandpages are not valid, empowering you to fix issues independently or contact us for assistance.
We received valuable feedback from our customers expressing confusion about why certain pages were hidden and unavailable for posting. This update aims to eliminate that confusion by offering insights into the reasons behind it. Moreover, we want to encourage our users to optimize their setup and post to a greater number of pages and locations.
This change will be visible within the ‘Create post‘ workflow under add Locations. Please note that the ‘Unselectable‘ tab will only appear if there are any unselectable or unavailable locations associated with your account.
While we hope that this update will clarify things and simplify the posting process, we understand it might raise additional questions. We want to assure you that there is no action required from you – everything works exactly as it did before. This update simply offers more transparency about the previously hidden aspects of our platform.
