Conversations and Reviews customers can access reputations insights from their inbox by clicking Insights in the left menu.
Open reputations insights by clicking insights in the left menu.



Overview


The reputation insights page shows data that helps you understand and improve your online reputation. There are four sections to the page.
Filters and date selectors:
Your overall rating: This section displays your average ratings on Google, Facebook, and Trustpilot (if connected); the number of reviews for those networks and your reply rate - for the selected time period.
Network breakdown: This shows your average rating for each of the three networks for the selected time period and highlights the trend (positive or negative) compared to the previous period. For example, selecting 30 days will show how your rating changed from the prior 30 days.
Rating distribution: This chart displays customer ratings across Google, Facebook, and Trustpilot (if connected) for the selected time period. Each colored segment represents a rating group from 1 to 5 stars.
