You can manage Instagram comments and mentions for all your accounts through Conversations. Here's how:

1. Connect your Instagram Business accounts to your Facebook pages.

2.  Reconnect your Facebook account to PinMeTo

In order to reconnect your Facebook account, log in to PinMeTo, go to Account Settings - Connections, then click Change.

3. Contact our Customer Success Team

Your Customer Success representative will enable Instagram for your Conversations account


All set! Now you'll start seeing Instagram comments and mentions and direct messages appearing in Conversations as they happen. 

If for some reason you are not seeing comments for a certain Instagram page, please make sure that the Instagram page is an Instagram Business account.
