# Network access required for using PinMeTo


| Audience: Owners and IT personnel.


This page describes the network access that is required or recommended to use PinMeTo and the different applications offered in our platform.


|| If you are using PinMeTo from behind a firewall, we recommend that these domains and subdomains are whitelisted to ensure full functionality. Contact your IT department or similar and refer to this help article if you are having problems accessing PinMeTo and cannot configure this yourself.
