Listings - Reconnect when disconnected from a directory

At times, one of your directories may become disconnected from Places-Listings, resulting in the cessation of information transmission to that specific directory.

If this occurs, a banner will appear at the top of our Tasks page in Listings, indicating the disconnected directory.



Here is what you need to do in order to reconnect your directory:

Click '' reconnect'' on the banner - it will take you to our connection page or

Navigate to Account Settings - Connections

Select the directory you would like to reconnect and click ''Login''



You will be directed to the login page of the relevant directory, where you must enter your email address and password for the directory account to reconnect it.

Keep in mind that only users with the "owner" role have the authority to reconnect directories.

It’s also important to remember that with Facebook, you need to login with your own account, or the account that you have the access on, in the Business Manager on Facebook.
