In HERE the data transfer is only one way. HERE gets the data from PinMeTo via Get API once every 3 to 6 months. The exact time depends only on HERE, and PinMeTo has no influence on that.
Data transfer to Foursquare is one way only. PinMeTo submits the data to the directory once a week, every wednesday at 11 a.m. UTC, but doesn't receive feedback about whether it’s published or not, and about what data is live. 3rd party directories buy data from them as well.
