Conversations - Reply as Direct Message for Facebook - 20th August



We recently released a new feature that makes it possible to send a direct message to your costumers from a Facebook comment or a User Post, instead of replying publicly.

This feature will give you the opportunity to interact better with your costumers and give them a more personal costumer service.

To be able to send a direct message to the user, the comment or post cannot be older than 7 days. Those are the FB rules and regulations.
