This is a functionality that’s been on many of our users' ‘wish lists’, so we're happy to announce the release of this new feature. Internal notes enable more efficient internal communication, which leads to faster and more accurate response in supporting your customers.

With internal notes, you have the chance to communicate with your colleagues around a matter before answering the customer, and without the customer being able to see your internal communications.
